We work for a fixed fee, which is agreed upon beforehand. You will never get extra bills from us for "unforeseen" events, travel expenses or extra work*.
To calculate our fee, we use the standard tariffs as supplied by the Collegi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya each year. These are mainly based on the square metre area of the design. We can give you a free quotation if you know the approximate size of your new house.

Excluded from our fee are taxes that need to be paid to the town hall, and work done by all third parties (such as a topographer, an aparellador or a 3D rendering artist).

* This is based on a specific size of building. If the building size is later increased, we will adjust our fee accordingly. Changes made after submission of (part of) the project will be charged seperately, if the client is responsible for these changes.
